All Wedding Packages Are Priced For A Buffet. Seated Packages - add 10% to price for additional staff. Menus are priced at 100 or more guests with a 5 hour event. All Packages Include Butlered Hors D’ouevres (any 6), First Course, Vegetable & Starch, Coffee & Tea

Our charge for staffing is $40.00 an hour per staff member. There is a four hour minimum. Seated events require 1 staff person per 10 guests. Buffet and cocktail events require 1 staff person per 20 guests. Number of staff may vary based on event logistics. The length of the average event is between 6-8 hours when including set-up and clean-up. Gratuity and tip for staff personal is at the discretion of the client.

Rental costs tend to vary based on the event and the needs of the client. Our clients can expect an average price of around $25.00 per person. Rentals include chairs, tables, china, flatware, glassware, linens and cooking equipment. If necessary, we are also able to provide tenting, flooring, dance floors and staging as needed.

Tasty Table can present guests with a variety of soft drinks and juices at an average cost of $6 per person. Drinks included range from Coke products, seltzer and tonic waters to assorted fruit juices, coffee and tea.

Under Pennsylvania state law clients must purchase their own liquor for their reception unless the facility they have chosen has a liquor license. Tasty Table Catering has liquor liability insurance to serve alcohol during your party. We would be happy to create a Suggested Liquor List for you with our compliments to help you identify quantities and brands. We can also pick up your liquor for you for a fee of $1.50 per person.
